01Interpretation & Definitions

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — Refers to the klu008 website, mobile app (Android and iOS), and all online services provided by klu008.
• "Member" or "You" — Refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the klu008 platform.
• "klu008" or "We" — Refers to the company that owns and operates the klu008 online entertainment platform.
• "Account Balance" — Refers to the actual cash balance in a member's account at any given time, excluding bonus balances that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — Refers to any free credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives granted to members by klu008, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirements" or "Rollover" — Refers to the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Refers to the Know Your Customer process, which includes verification of a member's identity, date of birth, and address.

02Account Registration

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To register and use klu008 services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not appearing on the self-exclusion list of any recognised gaming authority.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of or as a representative of any third party.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during the registration process.

2.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account at klu008. Ownership of more than one account — whether using the same or different name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. klu008 reserves the right to suspend or close all accounts suspected of belonging to the same individual and to forfeit any winnings obtained.

03Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

Klu008 supports a wide range of deposit methods suitable for Malaysian players, including online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB Online), digital wallets Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and instant bank transfers via FPX. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account immediately upon payment confirmation.

3.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and may vary according to your membership tier. Current limits can be viewed in the Deposit section of your account. klu008 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to members.

3.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals are processed upon completion of KYC verification. You may only withdraw to the same payment method used for your deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction, while the maximum limit depends on your membership tier.

3.4 Processing Timeframe

Klu008 aims to process all approved withdrawals within 24 business hours. In most cases, withdrawals are processed faster than that. However, this timeframe may be longer if additional security checks are required or if there are technical issues on the part of the bank or payment provider.

04Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by klu008 are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each offer. Full terms for each promotion will be clearly stated on the Promotions page or within the specific promotion's terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirements means winnings derived from the bonus cannot be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

When you receive a bonus, the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus, depending on the promotion type) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. For example, if the rollover is 20x and your bonus is RM100, you must place cumulative bets totalling RM2,000 before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated. klu008 reserves the right to decline bonus applications or cancel bonuses already awarded if there is evidence of misuse, multiple account usage, or any attempt to exploit our bonus system.

4.4 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a validity period stated in the relevant promotion's terms. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited from your account.

05Game Rules

5.1 Game Fairness

All games available at klu008 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been tested and certified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including klu008 itself. The RTP values displayed for each game are verified and accurate.

5.2 Game Results

Game results recorded by the klu008 system are final. In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, klu008 server records will serve as the official reference. klu008 is not responsible for any results affected by internet connection issues or technical disruptions on the player's end.

5.3 Interrupted Games

If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue before the final result is recorded, klu008 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the original wager to the member's account. klu008's decision in such matters is final and binding.

5.4 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary depending on the type of promotion active on your account at the time.

06Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the klu008 platform and may result in account suspension or closure without warning, along with forfeiture of all balances and winnings:

• Registering or using more than one account.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to exploit games or the bonus system.
• Colluding with other members to exploit games (collusion).
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Any attempt to launder money through the klu008 platform.
• Placing opposing bets across different accounts or using methods that guarantee risk-free profits (arbitrage).
• Sending threatening, offensive, or abusive communications to klu008 staff or other members.

07Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the klu008 customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements are met and KYC verification is complete.

7.2 Suspension by klu008

Klu008 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, klu008 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of the investigation.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts showing no login activity or transactions for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of RM5 may be charged after that 12-month period, until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in.

08Limitation of Liability

Klu008 provides this platform on an "as is" basis, without any implied or express warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose. klu008 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Platform disruption or unavailability due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
• Losses arising from valid RNG outcomes.
• Any processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses even if klu008 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

The maximum total liability of klu008 to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

09Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Klu008 respects the privacy of all members and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the klu008 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
